360° Feedback

  • For each participating leader typically 5-7 interviewees are nominated
  • The interview process and its objectives are communicated by the management of the participants to all feedback providers
  • All interviews are conducted in a confidential atmosphere by the coach with the participant and their feedback providers
  • The origin of all statements made in the interview remains confidential
  • The interviews follow a consistent structure
  • The advantage of the personalized interviews, conducted by a coach, is in the challenging and the probing if answers seem incomplete, evasive or single-sided.  A good coach can read between the lines
  • The results of the interviews are collated in an anonymous report by the report and processed for debriefing with the participant
