Paul is a global HR practitioner and leadership coaching expert with 35 years experience working with C-Level and HR management teams across the Middle East, Asia and North America, to deliver HR and talent solutions designed to accelerate business growth. He has worked closely with clients to coach and support their HR transformation initiatives across various industries including: government institutions, energy, financial services, telecommunications, Hi-tech ventures, retail, business consultancy, medical research, health care, executive education and aerospace.

Paul is the co-founder and CEO of RSVP HR Consulting, a global consultancy whose mission is to support clients to gain a competitive advantage by building agile leaders and robust organizations. RSVP’s core strength is delivering solution-based leadership coaching and HR solutions to help senior executives master the right competencies to become value creation enablers.

The  leadership coaching approaches deployed are customized to ensure that learnings are complimenting the unique vision, values, culture and strategy of the organization in which they work.

Paul also has been successful in orchestrating the implementation of numerous strategic talent projects and best industry practices, to meet the business needs of each client. He is a recognized HR subject matter expert who has assessed over 35 government and private companies and helped them transform and reach higher levels of organizational  excellence. He drove change by partnering with leaders to build the right talent capabilities to successfully deliver their company’s strategy and spearheaded a wide range of change management initiatives for various human capital projects.

Through his global working exposure, Paul has had the opportunity to develop a culture diverse profile with core expertise in talent sourcing & planning, training & development, people analytics, talent management (assessment, Succession, engagement, performance), leadership development, retention management, executive coaching, organization transformation and HR management.  Paul presents best talent practices  at  international HR summits and has appeared as guest lecturer with HEC Paris business school. He holds a BBA degree from the University of Ottawa, in Canada, and has been a member of the executive development advisory committee with INSEAD and a faculty member with the American Management Association (AMA).
